Flat-Flex® Shuttle Conveyors

The Flat-Flex Shuttle Conveyor is a versitiale piece of equipment that can, in a single operation, both gap the product and turn the direction of travel through 90º.

A common application is the transfering of product from a narrow belt to cover the full width of a much wider belt.

• This is the latest addition to a successful range of equipment that includes spreading and converging conveyors, Flex-Turn® conveyors, and Flat-Flex® modular straight conveyors
• The belt circuit geometry has been designed for efficient conveying performance and optimum belt life
• A variable speed electric motor drive is included as standard. Many other drive options are available
• Careful attention to design and the use of Flat-Flex stainless steel wire belting has created a hygienic piece of equipment suitable for all food applications

The stroke of the shuttle is dependent on customer requirements, for example, with a short stroke it is possible to transfer from a wide belt to a narrow belt.
