Flex-Turn^® Series 300 Conveyor

The Series 300 conveyor is an open, stainless steel framed turning conveyor. This open structure maximizes product exposure and allows for the easy removal of debris or washing and draining operations. All of this is accomplished while offering unparalleled visual access of the conveyor structure for inspection and cleaning.

The conveyor is constructed of stainless steel, with a belt support surface of either stainless steel rails or stainless steel rails capped with high density polyethylene wear strips. Grooved nosebars may be substituted for the standard transfer rollers.

Within the Series 300 Flex-Turn conveyor design there are three distinct models: Model 316 features a 16” inside turning radius, while the Model 332 has a 32” inside turning radius, and the Model 380 features an 800mm inside turning radius. An extremely tight pitch belt and the smallest product transfer offered of any Flex-Turn conveyor distinguish the innovative Model 380 conveyor from the others
