This economic downturn has hit manufacturing firms pretty hard. Unlike some companies, we are not letting tough times cut into our commitment to customer service and product quality. In spite of this tough economy we want to assure you that we have not backed off our pledge to world class service, quality, and consistent products! Wire Belt is as dedicated as we ever were to shipping on-time every time to make sure you have your product when you need it. Our current record for on-time to promised shipping stands at 99.93%, and as good as that is, we’re still looking to improve. We have also maintained our commitment to quality products and a clean environment, while continuing to meet all of the requirements of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

We make our conveyor belting products from raw materials obtained from the industry’s finest stainless steel wire manufacturers. Our specification is one of the toughest in the industry to meet, and we monitor the incoming materials closely for quality and uniformity. In addition, we stick to the same source of supply to guarantee consistency in our manufacturing operations, and in the final product that we ship to you. Not only does that help us with production efficiencies and maintaining quality, it also assures our customers have a consistent performing conveyor belt with some level of predictability in life. We never buy our raw material at random from a brokerage or commodities dealer, like some manufacturer’s do. While this would potentially lower our costs and increase our profit margin, it would be at the expense of our product integrity.

Our operations team continuously looks for ways to improve our manufacturing techniques and operational flow. We are currently implementing “Lean” practices which will further improve our already solid record of delivering a quality product, on-time, and at a competitive price. From the shop floor to the front office, we are removing or modifying any tasks that do not bring value to our customers. These improvements will help keep us competitive in this continuously changing economic climate.

Our service commitment goes further than an “over the phone” help-desk. Our Technical Services Team is ready to answer questions over the phone or on-site regarding your simple to most complex applications. We can help with troubleshooting, specialty applications, and conveyor solutions. When you are a Wire Belt Customer and need help with a difficult conveying situation, we will travel to your facility to help analyze the problem and offer appropriate solutions. Even if we don’t offer a product that solves your problem, we will recommend another supplier that does. Like our motto says “When you buy a Wire Belt…we go with it!” We are totally committed to service.

All this is part of the Wire Belt Company Product and Service Guarantee. We stand by what we say, and we stand behind our products. Integrity is a Corporate Value at Wire Belt! If you need us to help you with a problem, require training on our products for your maintenance team or other employees, we’ll be there for you. If we tell you that your order will ship next Tuesday, we will ship it next Tuesday. If you are not satisfied, then we are not satisfied.
