Flex-Turn® Model 416 Conveyor
- Reduces debris build-up
- Available with transfer rollers or grooved nose bars
- Handles loads up to 2.5lbs/sq. ft. at belt speeds variable from 9 to 36 feet per minute at the inside radius
- Either direction of product travel can be specified
- Wire belt used is heavy duty Flat-Flex® stainless steel tapered mesh approximate 3/8” pitch at inside radius and up to 3/4” at outside, wire diameter .072” (.079” for model 432)
- Stainless steel shafting used throughout
- Stainless steel leg frame and fastenings
- Stainless steel brackets and polyethylene snubbing discs
- Drive shaft sprockets in high density polyethylene
- Belt supporting surface is high density polyethylene
- Any height may be specified
- Custom angles can also be supplied
